DB2 full text search issue

Please help us how to update full text search index. I used the Net search extender as full text search. I also create Text Indexes like itemCTX, and use db2text "update index.......", so when I insert and update and delete row on this table, I will how to update index automatically. I made a trigger on this table, but it don't support db2text syntax in this trigger. Please help me.
