restore pending

db2 v7 fp 9 aix 5.1

Is there a way to get a tablespace out of 'Restore Pending' state without restoring the tablespace ?

Retrieving backup image from TSM has failed due to TSM error but the tablespace (with only one table) is left in restore pending state ...

Since it is a test system, I'm OK to go without data of the table ...
