I want to use db2 restore to create a new database and restore data to this database.

Hi,

On windows:
1. open Control Center
2. klick pluses (+) to get to Databases
3. right click Create | Database from Backup
4. follow the wizard

Please also read more details about how to write efficient question in Must read before posting thread. You have to post your operating system version, db2 version, fixpack level, etc.
