concat two numbers into one

Hello,

Anyone know how to concat two numbers into one and cast it into an integer?

I've tried CAST(a||b AS INTEGER) but it doesn't work because I'm doing it in the WHERE clause........

What I need is WHERE c.number = a.num1||a.num2
