Development Center and Source Control

Does anybody know of a easy way to incorporate the DB2 Development Center into source control? It creates a directory for each Stored Procedure and UDF with a name like sp20040116103546 that contains one file with the ddl for the stored procedure with the name of the file the name of the SP with a SQL extention. Trying to check out the source to make changes does not look like it will be easy, since you need to look in each directory to find the right .SQL file.

I am open to any suggestions.

Andy
