Delete Cascade-Delete Trigger

I have a table with a referential constraint which includes ON DELETE CASCADE. Then, I cannot create a delete trigger for that table. Is there a smart way of having both DELETE CASCADE and Delete Trigger functionality?

PS:I do not want to remove the DELETE CASCADEs and include the functionality of DELETE CASCADE in Delete Trigger, since it is dummy.
