db2diag error

DB2 UDB V7 FP9 on Windows

Hi:

We have been getting this error in our diag log:

PID:728(db2syscs.exe) TID:360 Appid:none
data_protection sqlpgmrp Probe:3232

Archived log file 1041852 is not remembered by DB2 because archArray is full.

User exit is enabled and files are being archived fine.

Any idea what's causing this and how to fix?
