I have added a bunch of new partions, when I tried adding them saying like another partition, I received an error. According to the IBM website, its because I have multiple tablespaces with different page sizes. So I added them without tablespaces. Now my question?

Do I need to manually create the bufferpools and temporarys tablespaces? Or can I some how tell the system to create the ones on the other partitions.(Ex: ibmdefault on partition 1, extend that def to partition 5).

I am using db2 V8, on a aix 5.2 platform.

You will have to manually create bufferpools and tempspaces to match either the largest pagesize or multuples, based on usage.
