Db2 Connect

I got the error 'LOGON/JOB INITIATION - REVOKED USER ACCESS ATTEMPT DSNL030I -DBK0 DSNLTSEC DDF PROCESSING FAILURE FOR 577 LUWID=AC10386B.A71F.BAB0B8EB9250 AUTHID=dsbdid01, REASON=00F30088 '

one of my co-work said we need to 'increase the DB2 CONNECT connection configuration', if this is true, then how?
