DB2 V7.2 with Websphere 5.1

I have a setup with DB2 V7.2 client and Websphere 5.1.

But i kept getting the following exception when i perform a "test connection" on the datasource that i have created

"javax.management****ntimeMBeanException: unterminated variable reference"

a search in this forum as well as the internet did not gives much info. Could somebody please advise ?
