tclodbc with DB2

Has anyone used tclodbc with DB2. I am having problems building tclodbc on linux box. Can anyone tell me what config files need to copied to make it work with DB2. When I run autoconf it throws me the following error:
./aclocal.m4:1: /usr/bin/m4: Cannot open config/tcl.m4: No such file or directory.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
