Difference between DB2/400 on I-Series and DB2 UDB 8.1 in Unix

Would be very much appreaciate if someone can share their knowledge on this.

We need to do a migration of Data and SQL scripts from DB2/400 to DB2 UDB 8.1 in a HP Unix Machine.

What are the things that we need to beware of? Any difference in terms of SQL statement? JDBC drivers? etc.
