Hi everybody

We are using veritas netbackup 4.5 and we are performming a backup on an AIX with db2 database version 7.2 fixpak 8, but when we send the instruction: db2 database backup sample load /homepath/nbdb2.sl open 4 sessions buffer 1025, we get the error: "couldn't load shared library nbdb2.sl cause code=1".
Does anybody know how to fix this problem?.

can u check the permission of the the shared library used for backup ?

u should have access to this library as db2inst1 user (or the instance owner user)
