Question DB2 V7 vs V8 (512 vs 700)

Can anyone tell me the differences between these tests? Same test different versions? I would appreciate your feedback.

Many thanks,

Don

Same test, but there will be questions about the changes in the product line for version 8. For example, DB2 EEE was replaced with by DB2 ESE with data partitioning option. There were many other changes also. However, if you are good at SQL (DDL, DML, and DCL) you can probably pass without much knowledge of the DB2 product line differences between version 7 and 8.

Note that this is the DB2 Family Fundamentals Test, and the DBA test is a bit more difficult.

If you plan to take one now, I would suggest you to go for Version 8 one ..

Cheers
