Problem with sqlj.install_jar

I am having a problem running sqlj.install_jar to install a stored procedure. I get SQL0004N "Invalid password". I developed a java stored procedure using WSAD 5.1 on my Windows XP machine and created the jar file there. I copied the jar file to a Windows 2000 server where the database resides, and tried to run install_jar from there. Both machines are running DB2 7.2 fp8. This is my first try at a java stored procedure, so I am probably missing something basic. Any idea where it is getting the password? I am logged on with my "db2admin" userid, so I assumed it would be using that userid/password. Thanks.
