One API runs long on production when there are <a1> and <a2> in the input. When these tags are sent in, it adds association of the fault management servers to the organizations (org1 table). Without these tags the response time is usually within 5-15 seconds. With these tags in the verb ran from 55 to 70 seconds on average.

however, testing on the UAT when input was sent with or without the 2 tags, the verb ran 11-14 seconds only.

I compared the db2 system catalog how the indexes for org and org1 are defined among between UAT and prod db, attached is the spreadsheet for reference.
