Looking for advice on DB2 classes

I am an experienced DBA with 15 years on other DBMS but I am starting a project which will require me to become proficient on DB2 UDB(AIX). Other than IBMs offerings can anyone recommend any training classes preferably somewhere reasonable to travel from Kansas City.

Also with IBMs classes I am unsure which ones to take.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Rob

There is a traditional IBM classroom course called DB2 UDB Advanced Administration for Experienced Relational DBAs
http://www-306.ibm.com/services/lear...us&language=en

Or an IBM self-paced virtual version of the class Fast Path to DB2 UDB for Experienced Relational DBAs (DVL)
http://www-306.ibm.com/services/lear...us&language=en

If you are new to UNIX, I would take some UNIX classes first. There are also a lot of good Redbooks.
