Clients for DB2 and Sybase

I am in a multi-platform environment. I am running DB2 V8 and Sybase V11.5 and I am having trouble getting the Client software to act nicely together on my PC. Every time I install the DB2 client it messes up some of my Sybase connectivity, mostly through DBArtisan. Does anyone know the key to making them work together on the same client? Thanks.
