Tablespace limit problem

Hi ALL
I am using DB2 UDB for Linux V8.0.
if there are limit for the number of tablespaces create
in a database?

Yes there is a limit. SQL Limits are in Appendix A of the SQL Reference Vol. 1, for tablespaces and just about everything else.
