To the best of my knowledgge, at this moment, the answer is No .. You can implement hot-standby configs using the some HA technique, say, HACMP, Sun Clustering, Vertias Clustering etc ..
But the next release DB2 , DB2 Stinger, is expected to provide this feature ... From various people, who have close contacts with Toronto, I understand that this release will be available in the last quarter of this year ...
