instance port number

Hi all,

I already have a ver 8.1 instance created on AIX server at port 50000.
Can I create an instance on same server with port 50000?

You should not ...

There will be a port conflict, and hence you will be able to access only one of the instances (the one you start first) using this port ...

Otherwise,dB2 will function normally
