I have a client with a current opening in NYC. They are looking for a high level DB2 DBA (application not system) with heavy experience on OS/390. The job will consist of performance tuning, creating triggers and stored procedures on a very busy (high transaction) database. Other tools used will be Erwin, DB2 Connect, Aptune, BMC, Catalog Manager for DB2, Change Manager for DB2, Unix K Shell, and Perl. DB2 version is 7. Sybase or UDB are plusses.
