I am using DB2 v 8.1 . I want to create triggers on Views and i read in some site that INSTEAD OF triggers can be created in views. But i could not find the syntax and example for it. Can anyone help me out with the INSTEAD OF trigger syntax and its function with example.

Is there any other way to get result set of a query inside triggers?
