Have any one tried installing DB2 V.8 on XP Professional ?

You can install Personal Edition , Workgroup Edition and Express Edition ...

ESE is not supported

I installed DB2 v7 EE on Windows XP professional. I think DB2 v8 ESE can be installed on Windows XP professional.

WIndows XP home edition does not supports Db2 V7 EE or Db2 8 ESE. It supports personal edition.
