Dynamic Cursor Fetch Abend

Hi I am trying to fetch data from a table using a Dynamic SQL statement. I am facing an AD2R abend. I have followed all the steps like PREPARE, DESCRIBE AND OPENING THE CURSOR BEFORE I FETCH IT.
