Question Backup / Restore

Hi All - AIX 5.2 DB2 8.1.4

Two questions I haven't been able to resolve through documentation.

1. I backing up on TSM, I can use the db2adutl query to see my backup
images - but is there any way to see if they are complete?
(my connection had closed when I returned)

2. Can I do a partial restore, i.e. of a Tablespace, from a full backup image?

Comment appreciated.

Cheers

1) Yes ... You can use the db2ckbkp (Check Backup) command

2) Yes, if your database is enabled for rollforward

Question Bonus questions

..hmmm

Isn't the db2ckbkp exactly the same as the verify option
in db2adutl? - it sure looks to have the same functionality.

Also, is the a way to see the size of the backup image
on TSM, through the shell?

Thanks
