Siebel Vs DB2

OS version = NT
DB2 version = 6.1 UDB
Siebel = 6.0

I'm not the Siebel person but helping Siebel people to set-up their database environment.

They are in some trouble and requested me to set-up the following parameters at database side.

But i'm sure that all these parameters listed here are not for DB2 6.1 UDB.

They want to do this :

RETVLCFK = No
SPRMMXT = 40
OPTNTJP = ON

(1) Is this parameters are called as DSNZPARM ? If so, is it possible to set this in my DB2 enviroment - how to ?

Please advice

DSNZPARM is for DB2 for OS/390 and z/OS. If you are on Windows NT, these do not apply.
