TwwDBLookupComboDlg and ODAC

I'm revising a BDE-based application to use ODAC instead. I noticed that the ellipsis does not appear in the TwwDBLookupComboDlg. Also, when I pick a record and click OK, the error message is "Field XXX cannot be modified".
