ADO and Heterogeneous Queries

I have seen somewhere - I wish I could remember where! ;o) that it is possible to use TADOQuery components in Delphi to do heterogeneous queries from say a CSV file to an MS Access DB Table or MS Excel sheet, etc.

Any help gratefully received.
