Problem in STRING conversion "&"

I have a problem , when I try to convert the "&" character.

I want to send a variable by parameters to another Form, that contains "&" character, but when the other form receive this variable its change the "&" for anything character, and I dont know why.

What I do? I need to convert this variable? or what?
