Exclamation Capturing USB WebCam Input

Practically follows the thread of Installing ActiveX components in BDS 2006...
I believe capturing the USB WebCam input would be done by using the ActiveX component to be found on the list. I have quite a problem with installing these ActiveX components as for some reason there is no Install (or Compile) button present (as there used to be in earlier versions of Delphi).

Can anyone at least confirm that my idea of grabbing my integrated WebCam's input through an ActiveX component is correct?

I see quite a lot of programmers-amateurs registered at this forum, but hey! there's also a total of about 150 000 registered users
Help me, please, if you KNOW how.
