How do i Read Romote PC Registry

Hi

I am placing my Query again because I lost my query this is very urgent.

i want to read the remote system(in network) registry information for what are all the softwares installed. i am able to read the local system(my computer) registry info.

and also one more thing i want to read the hardware information also for example configration, OS like this... locally and remotely how do i do this.

Pls help me out in this
