C# and Mysql

Hi!

I begin learning C#, and i want to make a prog with a Mysql Database but i have some pbms.
First i can't download MySqlProv from http://www.mysql.com/downloads/api-myodbc-2.50.html
when i try to download it, it size is less than 100Ko!!!!

Where can i dowload it?

Do you know if i can access of a Web site database (from "free" or "multimania" web site)?
