Unhappy Run-Time error '429': ActiveX Component Cant create object

Members, I get the following error when I try running my application compliled in VB6...

Any clues on how to BEAT this? I wonder which files could be missing from this computer...

This could mean many different things - improperly installed scripting runtime, problems with mdac versions and your database, excel ...

Do you know where it is failing ? Does it happen in your vb ide ?

Check your project references, make sure you have the correct ones loaded. for what you what to accomplish. Open Visual Basic 6 and go to project in the title bar and then select references.
