Memory leaks with ado recordsets

I am using ado recordsets to interact with SQL Server. The memory occupied by ado recordsets is not released even though the recordsets released deleted. I want to know how to free ado recordsets after using them. The virtual memory is occupied by my program and released only when program exists . Please help me to solve the problem.

my email address is ilnarasimham@hotmail.com

Thaking you
Narasimham
