Can't present excel data in msflexgrid in normal way

Hi all,
need some help, pls. I use msflexgrid to present data from excel. No problem with the integer data, but if data, stored in excel file is not integer, I see the long string with the much figures after comma.
Nothing can do with it. Has anybody faced such problem of? Pls help if you resolved it.
