Hi,

I want to make a application for a small company to call customers on their cell/fixed phone.

1. Program will read from a database file to get the clients list.
2. It will dial each customer.
3. when client answer the call it will play a WAV file saved on the PC (for example: greeting, payment reminder..etc).
4. If the client didn't answer withing two rings, it should end the call.


any one knows how can I do that? any (cheap) component?
