A question on MDI's

I'm working on a new Delphi database application. The company currently uses Paradox 4.0, and we're looking to update to a windows environment, and trying to get away from Paradox all together, just using the old data files with new software. Now my question is, as far as the layout of the program, there are 14 primary menu's each with 2nd, 3rd and sometimes 4th generation submenu's. Is it possible to create an MDI with 3rd and 4th generation "child" forms ? Or is there another way to do this that I'm not seeing?
Thanks
