Delphi + Oracle: ADO or dbExpress?

Hi,

I am about to embark on a project using Delphi 7 and Oracle 8.
After reading some of the messages on various relevant newsgroups it
seems that the preferred database access method is either ADO or DBExpress.

Does anyone know of any comparisons which have been made between the two
methods? What are the pros and cons of each?
