File creation based on Schema.in

Hello all.I will really appreciate your help with following issue:
I have a schema.ini file that contains all needed info regarding some DB tables.I have a program written on VB6 that needs these files (i.e. tabbed text databases) for proper initialization (it tries to connect to these files).Now I need some DBCreator that creates (and registers?) formatted blank text files that their parameters written in schema.ini (5 files).Thanks in advance.
