vc++ callig activeX control

Hi:

I wrote a vc++ code to call an ActiveX cotrol which is written by VB.

The vc++ code can be compiled correctly, but when I run it , the error message is ".

The instruction at "06a9d3560 " refrenced memory at "0x20646578". the memory cound not be read "

What is this error? how can I fix it?
