Cannot intialise data bindings

I receive the message 'Cannot intialise data bindings' when i try to run my app which uses MS DataGrid Ctrl on computer without Visual Studio. What do i have to install to make my app run?

I assuming that you have compiled the application. Are just placing the myapp.exe on the other computers only or are you installing it?
