Question Text color in C++ programs

OK, I know it's possable to change the color of the outputted text (in the DOS window) when writing programs in C++. But how is it done? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the internet, despite it's unlimited knowledge.
I would like something easy to use, requireing minimal lines of code.
