Restoring Menu bar in Outlook

I have Microsoft Office 2000. I use Outlook, not Outlook Express to send and receive emails, etc.

Today while I working, I somehow did something to disable the menu bar and I can't figure out how to restore it.

I'm sure it is something simple.

I'd be grateful for any help.

GSG

immediately below the Outlook title bar (by default blue in colour), if you right click a context menu appears which should list items like, "Standard", "Advanced", "Remote" and "Customize". If you select the Standard option you will get the usual Outlook icon toolbar. The menu with the very necessary "File","Edit", "View" etc options seem to be compulsory, so I hope I'm talking about the correct menu.

hope this helps
Dan
