Object Library Not Register

Hi,
I am using Visual Basic 6.0 and I am not able to reference few windows controls (MSCAL.Ocx) through menu Project / Components.
While adding the control i get a message Object Library Not Registered.
I tried with reinstalling Visual Basic 6.0 and even the Reinstallation of operating system.

Please suggest the possible cause of the error and solution
