How to make the MSHFlexGrid column Auto Resize

Hi,

I am using DataEnvironrment to retrieve the recordset and populate them into a MSHFlexGrid.

What is the setting I should do in order to have the dynamic column in MSHFlexGrid which make the column resize to the width of longest record among the records in a RecordSet?
