indy is the best solution or not ?

if i want to use indy for project which is connected with LAN or internet data exchange, the best vcl will be INDY or are some another components, if best way is indy, then which version i can try, indy 10 or indy 9

whos from you i can get little information and advices ????

Depends on what kind of stuff you really want to do.

For very basic low-level connectivity INDY is OK. If you want better abstraction I would look at other tools. I am very happy with RemObjects SDK from http://www.remobjects.com
