ActiveDirectory & Exchange

Hey folks, i have a query for specialist

I can create some contact in OU in Active directory, now i need to see this contact in Exchange : all contacts.

With mmc console on server ( WinAdv2003 ), i need click on all task for each contact for create mailbox. Ok Now how i can make this mailbox by VB6 code ?

Have seen somes codes on msdn, but the exemples doesn't work on my computer. Don't have cdoexm.dll. :/

Need help pls
