Hi,

I'm doing an application in vb6.0.I'm using windows media player inside it which plays a video file in it. And I have to make a clip(small asf file) out of the big video file.I'm using WMEncBasicEdit object to do this.But the results are not accurate all times.I mean the small asf file(say i make one with 20 sec duration) sometimes is bigger(30 sec) or sometimes it does not cut the clip from the point I want or does not end at the time specified.

any ideas??
