Where is the best place to get different FREE Delphi Components mainly basic ones for different buttons, grids etc

One of the biggest suite is the YEDI-VCL:

Very good database connection with ZeosLib:

And for documenting the source DelphiCodeToDoc:

If you also need translation, thy GNU Gettext for Delphi, C++ and Kylix:

You can take a look at the Torry page (http://www.torry****). On this site you can find a lot of components, but not all of them will be free.
